Refund policy

We want the part to work in your rig. If it doesn't, here's how returns work.

 

30-day returns on new, unopened parts in original packaging.

 

Electrical and electronic parts are final sale once opened (industry standard - they can't be resold as new).

 

Contact us at info@valuervparts.com before sending anything back so we can issue a return authorization.

 

Return shipping is on the buyer unless the return is our error (wrong part shipped, or damaged in transit). If it's our mistake, we cover it.

 

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

 

Not sure a part fits before you buy? Email us the part number and your rig's year and model - we'd rather tell you straight than process a return.
