Spin-on diesel fuel filter that traps abrasive particulate before it reaches the injection pump and injectors. Rated at 5 microns with 98.7% efficiency per SAE J1985 with a 1-14 UNS-2B thread, it is a direct replacement for Caterpillar 1R-0749 on Caterpillar 3406, C10, C15, C16 and C18 diesel engines found in many diesel-pusher motorhome chassis.
